Hey there! We are NORI Athletics, and our names are Michelle and Novette. We created NORI Athletics with the idea to lead in educating people around the world who struggle to incorporate healthy habits into their lifestyle.

Over time, we noticed that as we were building up our business, we neglected our health. We were letting situations in our life dictate our physical and mental well-being. However, through our experience we were able to find what was causing our inconsistency with our health, lowering our productivity, and preventing us from living a balanced lifestyle.

We realized that achieving results is one thing, but maintaining results is a whole other field. Additionally, we found the importance of a sustainable approach.

Through our research, and adapting the research to ourselves, we found that it was developing and strengthening healthy and sustainable habits was how we would reach our goals and maintain our results. We were able to come up with structured and actionable steps to reach our goals.

Now it is our mission to share that with you, help you build a balanced and healthy lifestyle to feel more confident, increase your productivity, and help you become the best version of yourself.
